Pickering provided design services for multiple bridge crossings over Holly Springs Road across the Coldwater River Floodplain in DeSoto County, Mississippi.

The new bridges and approaches will be constructed on a new alignment and are designed to eliminate overtopping of the existing Holly Springs Road, which occurs during a significant flood event.
