The Corelle Brands manufacturing and distribution operations center is a 1,058,848 SF facility located at the Gateway Global Logistics Center. This 1,500-acre industrial site is located in both Fayette County, Tennessee and Marshall County, Mississippi. The site is located adjacent to Norfolk Southern’s intermodal terminal.

Panattoni Development Company partnered in this joint venture. Pickering serves as Panattoni’s architectural, structural and civil engineering firm of choice.

The new Corelle facility includes 20,695 square feet of office, 87,765 square feet of manufacturing and 950,388 square feet of warehouse space. The manufacturing space required extensive design by Pickering to accommodate the tenant’s manufacturing process.
