Mike Foster is an accomplished civil engineer with many years of experience in the design, management, and construction of both civil and transportation projects. Significant projects include roadways, highways, interstates, airports and site layouts. Projects include design of horizontal and vertical geometry, signal design, subsurface utility engineering, storm drainage and detention design, hydrologic modeling, signing and pavement markings, traffic and erosion control.

I love the fact this industry presents new challenges and problems to solve each and every day. It is never the same thing. I love helping clients overcome those challenges and seeing projects we design actually built.
