Pickering Firm serves as Panattoni Development’s Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering firm of choice for its Gateway Global Logistics Center (GGLC). This 1,500-acre industrial site is located in both Fayette County, Tennessee and Marshall County, Mississippi.

The site is located adjacent to Norfolk Southern’s intermodal terminal and is accessed via Highway 72 and Highway 302 from SR 385 and I-269. There is heavy-duty road access throughout the park, allowing tenants the ability to maximize container loads.

The initial phase of design development included master site planning of the entire 1,500-acres park. Consideration was given to infrastructure needs and access for each building along with earthwork to allow for balanced sites and master stormwater detention design. The individual building projects have included site planning, grading, storm drainage and detention design, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire protection and phased erosion control.

Individual building projects include 11 build-to-suit or speculative buildings.
