This project consists of improvements to the existing Kuhn Street Boat Ramp located on the south side of Highway 90 at the end of Kuhn Street in eastern Biloxi, Mississippi. Generally, improvements will consist of adding two finger piers and two additional boat launches to the two existing finger piers and single boat launch. Associated parking and infrastructure will be added and all improvements will be coordinated with the adjacent, existing Schooner Pier driveways and infrastructure.

Pickering performed environmental assessments to determine the extent of permitting requirements and provided conceptual planning and engineering services, permitting assistance, construction cost estimating and bathymetric surveying. With funding properly secured, Pickering will perform engineering design, project bidding and construction phase services.
