Landmark Lifestyles is a 30-acre, mixed use development in Tupelo, Mississippi. This project consisted of design services for a retirement living community including active 55+ living community and an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. The site also includes three hotels and future outparcels that have yet to be developed.

Pickering provided survey services, Master Planning services, Subdivision Platting, Road Design, stormwater design, water and sewer design, erosion prevention and sediment control design, and Construction Phase services.
