Patrick Neal is a Pickering Principal Owner and an accomplished civil engineer who manages all of Pickering’s transportation related projects in Tennessee. Patrick specializes in roadway design, airfield design, railroad design, and Construction Engineering and Inspection. His project experience has allowed him to work with several private clients, as well as various public agencies at the federal, state and local levels.
