Pickering Firm, Inc. was selected by EDR to provide surveying, civil engineering, and environmental consulting for the mixed-use development on the campus of Mississippi State University. College View apartments will feature 656 residential beds for upperclassmen in Phase 1. It will also feature 46,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, recreational amenities, an outdoor entertainment zone, a 7,000 square foot day care center and parking.

The project involved design of improvements to existing College View Drive, including adding two lanes, bike lanes, and pedestrian paths. Coordination/permitting with MDOT for work under Highway 12 bridge was required.
