Marc was raised in Memphis, TN, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Washington University in St. Louis. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Cheri.

The professionalism, family atmosphere and focus on community. We know who we are and place a lot of value on our beliefs and doing the right thing. 

Any advice for those wanting to begin their career in engineering/architecture/project management?

Always give a little more than is expected. Show initiative, which goes a long way at Pickering, and don’t be afraid to fail. Ask a lot of questions. This is a teaching/mentoring profession.
