Pickering Firm, Inc. was selected to provide Civil Engineering services for a 2.3-acre site located at the Southeast and Southwest corners of Mydners Avenue and Brister Street in Memphis, Tennessee.

The project resulted in student housing and a surface parking lot on the referenced lots.
