Pickering is providing design services for the Phase I widening of Landon Road from US 40 to Coleman Road. The half-mile-long project consists of widening an existing two-lane urban road to a four-lane boulevard section in the City of Gulfport, Mississippi.

The plans and specifications were development in accordance with the latest edition of the Project Development Manual for Local Public Agencies.
