Pickering served as Nike’s architectural and engineering firm of choice for the expansion of its North Memphis distribution center and office building.

Distribution Center

The 2,700,000 SF distribution center serves as Nike’s primary North American distribution center. The project included a 1,700,000 SF expansion to the existing 1,100,000 SF distribution facility. Pickering coordinated with Wynwright continuously throughout the project, providing support engineering services directly to Wynwright to facilitate the installation of the conveyor system.

Nike Office Building

The 77,644 SF, two-story office building. The facility provides diverse office space for a variety of workgroups, as well as a gymnasium, exercise rooms and employee cafeteria.

This project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
