Applicant must have a BSME and preferred three to six years' design experience in commercial and industrial projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and analysis of building loads.
Work with team members in the design of HVAC and related systems for a wide variety of commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
Production of project drawings and equipment selection.
Construction administration in the form of submittals.
Requests for project information.
Site visits as the project indicates.
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 - 6 years' Design experience
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and related systems.
